Our verdict
We removed PepKits from our directory, promo-code pages and affiliate promotions on October 16, 2026. Based on our direct experience as an affiliate, we do not recommend promoting or relying on PepKits for affiliate payments.
This article records a payment dispute from our own account. It is not an allegation that PepKits committed a crime. The screenshots below show what appeared in our affiliate portal and the email response we received; our conclusions are our opinion based on that record.
What happened
Our affiliate dashboard showed 21 referrals, $104.42 in unpaid earnings, and $163.25 in both “Total Paid Earnings” and “Available Store Credit.” We did not agree to have commission earnings converted into store credit. We expected the earned commission to be paid through the available payout method instead.

Affiliate dashboard captured October 16, 2026.
The referral records show 21 tracked items across three pages. They include individual commissions marked “Paid” and newer commissions marked “Unpaid.” The records do not, by themselves, show that money was sent to our payment account.

The portal’s payout section showed one $163.25 entry dated October 13, 2026, with the status “Paid.” At the same time, the dashboard displayed the same $163.25 as available store credit. Our position is that this did not constitute a cash commission payment to us.

Our request for payment and PepKits’ response
On October 16, 2026, we asked PepKits to pay the outstanding affiliate balance through PayPal and to identify any affiliate-agreement term that authorised converting commission to store credit. We requested a written response and payment timeline.
PepKits’ customer-service reply was: “Go ahead.” We found that response dismissive and it did not address the requested payout, the store-credit conversion, or the requested contractual basis.

Why we removed PepKits
The issue is not simply that the account displayed unpaid earnings. It is the combination of the following:
- The portal displayed $163.25 as both paid earnings and available store credit.
- We did not consent to receiving store credit instead of a cash affiliate payment.
- Our $104.42 unpaid balance remained visible in the dashboard.
- Our written request for payment and an explanation did not receive a substantive response.
For those reasons, we have ended the promotional relationship, removed the PepKits coupon and vendor listing, and will not direct readers to the store through affiliate links.
Right of reply and updates
