The code is a percentage discount on eligible cart items. A 10% discount on a $49.99 subtotal is about $5.00. That is the result we saw on a single BPC-157 5mg vial in our September 25, 2026 cart test: $49.99 became $44.99 before any additional charges. The code was rechecked on November 2, 2026; the $49.99 product price is from the earlier test, so use your current cart total for today’s savings.
Does the promo code stack with bundles?
In our four-vial BPC-157 test, the store first reduced the per-vial price by 5% under its bundle offer. NOW10OFF then took 10% off that reduced subtotal. The final total was $170.96 instead of $199.96 at the original single-vial price. That is a historical cart example, not a promise that every product or promotion will combine the same way.
