SheMed discount code card showing code PEP for 20% off your first payment, with SheMed's first-month and monthly plan prices

The SheMed discount code is PEP. It takes 20% off your first payment at SheMed, a UK weight loss programme for women. We earn a commission if you sign up through our link or code, at no extra cost to you.

SheMed is not a research peptide store like the others we list. It is a clinician-led metabolic health and weight loss programme at shemed.co.uk, where UK-registered clinicians decide whether prescription weight loss medication is right for you after an online assessment and an at-home blood test. Everything in this guide is what SheMed’s own site states. It is not medical advice, and only a clinician can tell you whether a treatment suits you.

SheMed Review: Our Verdict

SheMed is a regulated UK telehealth service rather than a shop, so the questions that matter are who runs it, what it costs and how easy it is to leave. What we found when we read its site on October 2, 2026:

  • Regulated providers named on every page: consultations and prescribing are provided by eMed, a CQC-registered provider, and medication comes from eMed Healthcare UK Limited, a GPhC-registered pharmacy (registration number 9012578). The site links the CQC and GPhC register entries, says its prescribers are GMC-registered and that it is a member of the DiCE digital healthcare network.
  • A blood test before you start: SheMed requires an at-home, needle-free blood test before treatment, and a clinician reviews it before anything is prescribed. Follow-up tests come at 6 and 12 months. The site says the test covers HbA1c, cholesterol, liver health and kidney function.
  • Refund if you are not eligible: if SheMed’s clinicians decide the programme is not right for you, the site says you are fully refunded, with exclusions that its terms set out.
  • Prices published in full: the treatment page lists the monthly price for every strength of each medication and every plan length, and says SheMed will never move you to a higher price tier without your permission.
  • Ongoing check-ins: members do a weekly check-in in the SheMed app, by video call or by logging their own details, and a short refill questionnaire every 28 days.
  • Drawbacks: the £59 headline is a first-month price on a 12-month plan, and the standard monthly price after that is higher. Commitment plans can carry an early termination fee, and we have not tested whether PEP combines with SheMed’s introductory prices or its other offers.

How to Apply the SheMed Discount Code

  1. Open SheMed. We earn a commission if you sign up through this link.
  2. Start the eligibility check, a questionnaire SheMed says takes about two minutes.
  3. Choose your plan length when you are offered one.
  4. Enter PEP in the discount code box before you pay.
  5. Check that the 20% discount shows on your first payment before you confirm.

We have not completed a sign-up with the code, because SheMed only lets you pay once you have been through its medical questionnaire. If the discount does not show, contact SheMed before you pay.

SheMed Prices

SheMed charges a monthly price that includes the medication, the blood tests and clinical support. These are the prices on its treatment page on October 2, 2026, at the starting strength of each medication. The first month is an introductory price, and higher strengths cost more.

Medication and plan First month Monthly price after that
Wegovy injection, rolling monthly £79 from £139
Wegovy injection, 3-month plan £69 from £139
Wegovy injection, 6-month plan £64 from £139
Wegovy injection, 12-month plan £59 from £139
Mounjaro, rolling monthly £179 from £229
Mounjaro, 3-month plan £164 from £214
Mounjaro, 6-month plan £159 from £209
Mounjaro, 12-month plan £154 from £204

At the highest strengths, Wegovy injections reach £239 a month and Mounjaro £319 a month on a rolling plan. The Mounjaro commitment plans take £15, £20 or £25 a month off the rolling price for 3, 6 and 12 months. SheMed’s FAQ says the Wegovy pill starts from £69 a month. Your clinical team, not you, decides which strength you are on.

PEP takes 20% off your first payment. We have not checked whether it applies to the introductory prices above or to the standard monthly price, so look at your total before you pay.

What the SheMed Programme Includes

SheMed lists these as part of every plan:

  • Clinical review: UK-registered clinicians review your medical history and blood test before prescribing, and SheMed says you get unlimited access to its clinicians for questions and side effects.
  • At-home blood tests: a needle-free kit before you start, then follow-up tests at 6 and 12 months.
  • Starter kit: a side-effect care package, a sharps bin and guides.
  • SheMed app: place orders, track progress, complete weekly check-ins and read recipes and health guides. The app also has cycle and mood tracking.
  • Member perks: partner discounts for members.
  • Community: SheMed says it has over 100,000 UK members, with a members’ community.

Who Can Join SheMed

SheMed’s site says you must be aged 18 to 85 and meet one of these criteria:

  • a BMI of 30 kg/m² or more
  • a BMI of 27 kg/m² or more with at least one weight-related medical condition
  • a BMI of 27 kg/m² or more and an ethnicity at higher risk of weight-related conditions, which SheMed lists as Black African, African-Caribbean, and South Asian or Chinese

Meeting the criteria does not guarantee a prescription. Before treatment, SheMed asks for the online questionnaire, the blood test, and biometric verification, which captures your ID and weight. A clinician then decides whether to prescribe.

Delivery, Check-ins and Cancellation

  • Delivery: once a clinician has reviewed your blood test and approved you, SheMed says your medication is delivered the next day, discreetly and at no charge.
  • Check-ins: a weekly check-in in the app and a refill questionnaire every 28 days, which the clinical team uses to decide whether your treatment should continue or change.
  • Rolling monthly plan: cancel at any time with at least 5 days’ notice before your next payment.
  • 3, 6 or 12-month plans: cancelling early may cost an early termination fee. SheMed says it tells you the cost before you confirm.
  • If you are not eligible: SheMed says you are refunded in full, with exclusions set out in its terms.
  • Payment: SheMed’s public pages do not list which payment methods it accepts, so check that during sign-up.

Is SheMed legit?

How fast does SheMed deliver?

SheMed says medication is delivered the next day, free and in discreet packaging, once a clinician has reviewed your blood test and approved you.

Is SheMed a peptide supplier?

No. SheMed is a UK prescription weight loss programme, not a research peptide store. We list it because readers comparing GLP-1 options often ask about it. Our guide to Mounjaro vs Wegovy explains what the head-to-head trial found.

SheMed has its own listing in our supplier directory alongside the other stores and programmes we track. Our buyer’s guide covers what to check before you order from any of them.
